Yes, you can. The problem was in specifying the channel. You need to
include the ,2 or the ,1 which is part of the channel name.

The "smvoice-local-public-address-" part of your description puzzled me.
It looked from your first line as if the local channel name should be
Local/call_out at playfile-981a,2
