There is no 'exact' version required; you should be able to use any of 
the most recent releases of mISDN 1.x. If you wish to enable all of the 
call handling features that have been recently added to chan_misdn, 
you'll need to use the branches of mISDN at 
http://svn.digium.com/svn/thirdparty
