Hello list



in the below menu all is ok ,but by intermittence when i call my number 529
i hear the welcome message and i still hear this message even i click in the
# in order to go to the call [menu] he still in the welcome message



and also by intermittence  i can hear the welcome message and when i press
the # button i can hear the menu message and he still hangs at this menu
when i press 1 he can not go to the [call]



any help will be appreciated
