What do you mean by ring time out?
See the 'timeout' in Queue application. keep it blank if you just want to
keep your callers in queue for infinite time.
Queue(queuename[,options[,URL[,announceoverride[,timeout[,AGI[,macro[,gosub[,rule[,position]]]]]]]]])
