What info can I give to you ?! What info can I get from my debug log ?! I
don't see anything remarkable... What am I looking for ?!

look at /var/log/asterisk/messages and /var/log/asterisk/full to see if this
give you any hints.

also the same question for you : what info am I actually looking for ?!

Because my debug log can be very overwhelming when verbosity is 9.

I would start with the last 100 lines or so;  sometimes you get clues and
sometimes it just dies on you.
