No, I had not seen that. But it is helpful and gives me the idea that I
should look at 4 systems and/or about 7-8 T1s per system maybe.
That has "failure-spreading" and localization benefits also. As well as not
trying to handle a whole LATA or more in a box.
We still have a lot of practical matters to work out.
