Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.  My Lucent 5010 Compact Switch with DS3 connections to 8 LATAs keeps me moderately busy but I still have time for Asterisk.  I have learned everything the hard way.

There are many.  The primary problem it getting a provider to provide
you with a DS3.

There are a few solutions here and several expensive chunks of
