[asterisk-users] Cant load chan_dahdi

Suddenly, after restarting our server we are unable to load chan_dahdi

The configuration has been stable for months but for some reason we get these errors when trying to load chan_dahdi. The Unregister application DAHDISendKepadFacility application does not appear in any logfiles prior to today.
