[asterisk-users] Asterisk 1.6.2 WARNING[23042]: acl.c:392 ast_get_ip_or_srv: Unable to lookup 'whsvoip.globalipcom.com'

One thing I would do is something like

On system one:
rpm -qa | sort >sys1

On system two:
rpm -qa | sort >sys2

Then on either system do a diff of these two files. If you only use yum or rpm to install and update software you can tell what is different between the two systems.
