It will always depend on call volume and a fixed monthly fee may not 
always be the best value. A lot of ITSPs have a monthly charge almost 
that of an analogue line rental. For ourselves phoning europe we could 
make 24 hours worth of calls before we hit what a lot of ITSPs charge as 
a monthly fee.
