[asterisk-users] Where should I look for MWI settings if Aastra phones don't do it?

For each extension in sip.conf I have :-
mailbox=mailbox at context
subscribemwi=no

I also have the following set as a global setting for all phones 
(aastra.cfg on the tftp server)
^sip explicit mwi subscription: 1
