  I totally agree with the barge mode but for future evolution, what 
about if there is more than 3 people ?

> You may not need to do this at all.  ChanSpy (in Asterisk 1.6.2, at least) has a barge mode that allows the spying channel to speak to both parties.  There is also the ability to enable DTMF key presses to swap between spy, whisper, and barge modes.
