It depends on what you are doing with LDAP.  There is an LDAP realtime engine for SIP/IAX peers, voicemail users, asterisk configurations and extensions with a sample ldif included with the distro, although I recommend using the one from the trunk at this point.  The included ldif is for OpenLDAP.

These links can help you get started, but DO NOT use the schema listed within as is, as they are not up to date.
