[asterisk-users] 404 for SUBSCRIBE

What does the Asterisk CLI tell you about it at verbosity 3?
Show us your dialplan for extension 1006.
My guess is that it's lacking the "hint" priority (core show hints).

exten => 1006,hint,SIP/user1006
exten => 1006,1,Dial(SIP/user1006)
