Can anyone recommend a good voice broadcast software?

we need the following

Brand name customizable
Multi user / Campaign
Press 1 Campaign  (message press digit transfer)
simple to load leads, load recordings, ,make the call flowchart and easy to
pull out reports
other options will be taken in consideration (text to speech,
voice recognition, among others)
