[asterisk-users] cisco call manager version 6.1.3

Calls from CCM to asterisk work.

Calls from asterisk to CCM get the 503 message.

My settings are:

[CallManager]
type=friend
host=10.X.X.X
context=ccm-incoming
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=gsm
nat=no
canreinvite=yes
dtmfmode=rfc2833
qualify=yes

They other end has verified that the settings on CCM are UDP and MTP is on.

Still not working.
