I suppose it is good to know that you are having the same problem with the "3" modems as I am but I had hoped that someone knew of a way to make them work. I would be interested to know what you have tried so that I don't duplicate the effort but maybe we should move that discussion off this list.

I am happy to add your patch to mine so others can benefit. I don't know if Odicha is still updating the code but the last time I looked his CVS had not been updated.
