[asterisk-users] parse transparent ISUP parameters

Hello,
Is it possible that asterisk can parse ISUP parameters from SIP messages.
For example:
INVITE
sip:13039263142 at Den1.level3.com<sip%3A13039263142 at Den1.level3.com>SIP/2.0
