[asterisk-users] Polycom retrieve call from hold

This is normal and expected behavior so far, at least on my Polycom 500,
asterisk 1.4.27.

This is not. I can resume my calls just fine, no matter if I use the
softkeys (hold/resume) or the big blue Hold button. The phone is on Bootrom
2.6.2, and SIP version 2.1.2. (The final version for this particular model
is 2.1.3, but I never bothered to upgrade to it.)
