You "hijacked" an existing thread and asked a stupid question 5 days ago, 
got no response, and posted (almost) exactly the same stupid question 
today.

If you bothered to "lurk" in the list a bit you may have realized that the 
subscribers come from every corner of the world and the probability 
of someone in your locality responding to a stupid and meaningless subject 
like "Location" may be quite small.
