We also use SNOM 360s on the same system. No issue with BLF being flakey.

stops working On GXP2000s.
Ours are new GS's on Asterisk 1.4.22, and NATed.
I doubt there is any thing to do to restart it, it is more of finding the
problem.
When we reboot a GXP2000 the BLF field comes up over about a 2 second period
automagically.
I don't know the scheme behind Hints and phones, but check your phone and
software levels.
