[asterisk-users] macro-stdexten question

Thanks Tzafrir, but my questions remains :-) Who's calling this macro  
if all I can find in the /etc/asterisk files in the definition of the  
macro, not any part of the dialplan actually calling it. Here, check  
this out:

root at asterisk-server:/etc/asterisk# grep stdexten *
extensions.conf:[macro-stdexten]

That's all I have ...
