[asterisk-users] how can I get Better natural Voice in Festival

If you like the voice, but it is just too low, you can amplify the Festival
output with sox (sox -V 3 softer.wav louder.wav)

I am using festival as an application

but it default voice is not good to hear 

anybody have solution about better voice in Festival
