got told by support to check 
cat /sys/module/wctdm24xxp/parameters/vpmsupport

the thing that is interesting is that dahdi_cfg -vv shows me mg2 (I have
mg2 in the /etc/dahdi/system.cfg).

Should I just leave echocanceller out fo system.conf ?

and dadhi show channel 1 still shows echo cancellation off ?
