[asterisk-users] cant use h,1 at cancel!

I found a bug in asterisk 1.6:

in fact, the h,1 in the macro don’t work with cancel!

Because the call was cancelled and not actually hung up? Generally the
hangup context is used to 'clean up' or provide info about the call.
If it didn't happen its a bit irrelevant.
