Yes. You can either get
http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux/
and
http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-tools/

or use the combined tarball
http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux-complete/

Yes if you download both tarballs separately.
The "complete" tarball automates it for you.

cd /usr/src
wget dahdi-...tar.gz
