[asterisk-users] authenticate with password file on asterisk

Hello,
I wonder 2 things about password authenticate command on asterisk.

I want to have 3 type of authenticates
one for local calls one is domestic/cellular. other is international calls.
Sure if a user has international call permissions he needs to have local
/cellular call permissions too.

What i did is creating 3 different password files as pwd1 pwd2 pwd3 and
assign them to that 3 different calling rules.

If i add the same pincode to all files it sure works. Is there any way
to include local password file to other files too??
So if there is a pincode in cellular or international password file user
can use localcalls too...
I tried to type include = international to local password file  for
example but it didnt work.
And sure i wonder how to add that passwords to database too
the fileds etc for authentication
