[asterisk-users] Phantom CallerID on transfers

That's the bizarre thing; I get the ID from telco and whether it passes on
to the extension depends on how the transfer is done.

Was the caller ID information presented to you from the telco? It
appears to me that you're getting the default if none was provided.
