[asterisk-users] problem joining a conference room

Hello,

I have a server running CentOS release 5.2 (Final) - Elastix 1.3-2 and I
have a problem when I try to join to a conference room.

When I dial the number I hear the operator voice saying "dial the room
number and the # key".

I push 4# but the other end doesn´t recognize and I get the operator
repeating the message.

In the full log I get:

If I repeat the same operation with a cell phone I can join the room without
problems,

I think the other side does not recognize the keys I have pressed.
How can I solve this problem? any idea
