[asterisk-users] Dialing from E1/T1

exten => _XXXXXXXXX,1,Dial(DAHDI/g1/${EXTEN})
or
exten => _9XXXXXXXX,1,Dial(DAHDI/g1/${EXTEN:1})

the first whan put X to match the amount of digits.

the second one dial if you put a nine before. and many X as digits
