Thanks for the reply.

It's the old Zaptel source that was working with Asterisk 1.2.12.1 and
so was already compiled and installed prior to upgrading Asterisk.
That said, I did try recompiling/installing Zap followed by
recompiling/installing Asterisk, but to no avail.
