[asterisk-users] FWD and Asterisk

If I use below code in my sip.conf ,

qualify=no
port=5060
nat=no
insecure=very            <<< this is very important
host=voiper.ipkall.com
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=from-pstn
canreinvite=no

how will call understand that where I have to land as we DO NOT provide our
IP in fwd configuration when we create an account.
