  Format for each entry is along the lines of

  <timestamp> | <uniquecallid> | <queuename> | <event-data-as-per-queuelog.txt>

  ...timestamp is in seconds since the epoch (as obtained with: date +"%s").
  Also, check the wiki + TFOT... Both should be more than good enough starting
