Thank you for that suggestion Michel.  I removed the crc, though that  
didn't help.  Here is the info about the telephone line and the  
provider you asked for.

Provider: Colt Telecom

Kind of circuit: RJ45 Cat5 / ISDN30
Z-End: AMSTNLAQ-CGND0002023039  / A-C.23.39

Does this give you a better idea?
