You probably don't need dnsmgr.conf twice :)

I'm a 1.2 Luddite, but if you don't have indications.conf, some phones 
will not "ring."

Modules.conf (without the autoload cruft) will let you explicitly tell 
Asterisk which modules you want.

Logger.conf says how much logging to do and where to put it. I strongly 
suggest syslogging to a central log host so you can [analyze|ignore] 
everything at once.
