I haven't seen the 2 minutes issue with the below:


GotoIfTime(07:59-16:59|mon-fri|*|*?office-hours,s,1)


Our plant closes at 5pm.  And, at exactly 5pm, the afterhours context 
takes over.  It works just fine.
