Asterisk can do it but its pretty much luck what hardware works  
together. Have had luck with AudioCodes gateways in the past (believe  
it was a mediant 2000 or something like that). There were some remote- 
party-id on witheld numbers bugs (screening flag doesn't get  
translated from sip->pri).
