Note that the version number is severely deficient from current revision
numbers around 211000.  If you do an svn log, you'll get this:
$ svn log -r 183146 http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/group/srtp
------------------------------------------------------------------------
r183146 | root | 2009-03-19 11:22:13 -0500 (Thu, 19 Mar 2009) | 1 line

automerge cancel
------------------------------------------------------------------------
which indicates that the branch is out of date.  Presumably, a fix went in
sometime after that which fixes the issue you're having.
