Binding to 0.0.0.0 means "listen to all IP addresses on the box." It is 
not the issue.

Same problem here, have 5 nics, 

One for outside, 
One for inside
One for virtual vz's
One for openvpn


So if you listen on all , you open your box out.. (bad..)
If you don't.. then you can't choose both the outside, and openvpn
