[asterisk-users] SIP Warnning Message

You're trying to register with the service but Asterisk is using the
default expiry value of 120 seconds (1.6.x version)
And your provider wants you to use minimum of 3600 seconds (1 hr)

add defaultexpiry=3600 to [general] section of sip.conf

That should help register...
