[asterisk-users] How to make outgoing call from Pri ?

Can you please show your CLI output for the following commands:
zap show status
pri show span x (where x is the number corresponding to the span
configured as the PRI)

as well as your relevant /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

So we can help you a bit more.
