[asterisk-users] polycom 501 call waiting. can hear it but can't pick it up

Looking for a little insight.

I have the call waiting tone coming through to my polycom 501 from a Zap
channel.  How do I pick up this call? Can it be routed to another line
appearance? If so how do I config this?

I have tried putting the current call on hold and selecting another line
appearance but there is not answer soft key.
