[asterisk-users] Asterisk - get Caller String(as per key action)

Not really clear as to what are the things you exactly
want.
List them out clearly.

Before you do that, do google and read up on
Asterisk+IVR
Asterisk+agi

Your need to calculate sum of birthdate digits etc can
be achieved using AGI scripting.
