[asterisk-users] How to change Internal and external callerid

Howdy,
Whats the best way to change the callerid for internal
and external calls.

At the moment using callerid- Fred <04412345xxxx>
sends callerid as Fred 04412345xxxx for internal calls
when his internal extension is 200.

How can i change the callerid for internal calls but
also keep the specific external callerid for PSTN
calls???
