The correct LDAP Schema is included:

/asterisk-1.6.0-beta4/contrib/scripts/asterisk.ldap-schema

and

/asterisk-1.6.0-beta4/contrib/scripts/asterisk.ldif

Good work though. I'm just uploading some fixes to it at:
