I just replaced an IP 601 with a new IP 650.  We have 2 expansion
modules attached.  The lights on the expansion modules light up if
a users gets an INBOUND DID call, but the lights don't light up if
the user makes an OUTBOUND call.

Sip: 2.1.1.0052

Has anyone seen this?
