[asterisk-users] Sending Incoming Calls straight to park

With the park command - the cool bit is you can then use hints and the
dialplan to light up buttons on a phone and then use the buttons to
connect to the calls. (using the parkedcall function)

If you need, I can dig around my dev environments and see if I have any
code lying around.
