[asterisk-users] transfers only work when voicemail enabled

Hi Mark,

yes, I'm sorry, I should have been more clear about this: I'm referring to the "hasvoicemail" setting in the users.conf file. When this is set to "no", transferring does not work. When set to "yes", it does. Both "t" and "T" are added to my Dial commands,
