I have just been given the answer - 

exten => *44,1,Answer
exten => *44,n,Noop(Check Callforward)
exten => *44,n,Set(_MISDN_KEYPAD=*#24#)
exten => *44,n,Dial(mISDN/1/)
exten => *44,n,Hangup

Where the line 'Set(_MISDN_KEYPAD=*#24#)' is where you set your code.
