[asterisk-users] Digium stopped TDM400P production: alternatives??

I am looking to do just this.  An unbiased comparison of hardware.
And as much as possible, an unbiased comparison of support.

I would like assistance in this regard.  I would need help with
unbiased testing methodology.

I have already had two companies contact me directly offering hardware
to use for testing.  Any and all manufacturers are welcome to
participate.

I figure with the help of someone (a respected community member) who
knows how to implement objective testing methods, and sticking to
those detailed and public methods, we can publish some real
comparisons.

I know that I may be regarded as a "Sangoma Fanboy" but I think an
unbiased head to head comparison could easily be achieved if all
testing methods are neutral, documented, public, and strictly adhered
to and done in conjunction with someone who has good testing methods
and is truly vendor neutral.

So there it is yes I work for Rhino and I could have easily given one of our italian distributors but he didn't ask for that. It is not appropriate to troll the list and push your products unsolicited. If someone is looking for a recommendation for a card brand fine. If they need a solution like ADID or they need to accommodate funky CPC signals from their telco which Rhino does fine it is on subject. If someone asks should I use openvox to replace my digium you don't pimp your product because it wasn't asked for. If you want my honest opinion. I prefer people use Rhino products. I believe our products and support are superior but if you don't use our cards use Digium. If your reply is any indication on how Sandoma works I can honestly say go use a cheap clone before sangomaN they may not support you but at least they are open about being here just for the money.
